The application of information technology not only informs our strategy and design capabilities, but extends to innovation R&D. We use tools like GIS, MIS, and data mining - both spatial or market related - to derive trends and predictive findings that can create value from unexpected sources. We also develop information models and user applications, custom-made both for interim analytical tasks as well as turnkey productivity tools for use by our clients. We are able to research, retrieve, generate, store, manipulate, and analyze multidisciplinary data sources in a variety of contexts, whether a market structure, a spatial boundary, a business model, or the functions of a new program or enterprise.
Our projects are varied across our strategy and design disciplines. At an enterprise level, we do things like developing environmental management information systems to manage a region’s biodiversity. At a more granular level, we do things like creating decision support systems for asset allocation in land and property investments. We lean towards IT strategy consulting and UX design because we excel in extracting client or user requirements and constructing design-informing processes for both usage and scaling. We undertake design production through wireframes, UX design guidelines and goal metrics, and prototyping. We interact with software engineers and have been effective in carrying complex technical designs and architectures into production.
